At JB’s Fish & Chips our vision is to provide the best food for a great value. A huge range of our food is made by us on site. We fry in beef dripping to enhance the flavour of our fish and chips and make a Guinness beer batter to really make our batter stand out in crispiness and flavour.
We take a lot of pride in how we make our burgers. We buy in whole chuck from our local butchers and mince the meat ourselves, so we are confident you are only getting the best quality meat in your burger. Our chicken burgers are also minced by us on site using chicken breast and we season the mince to and press them into unique patties. All our burgers are 6oz as standard and served in a freshly toasted brioche bun.
Our chips are prepared by us on site and are done fresh every day to ensure the highest standards. We source our potatoes from a local wholesaler and we only use British produce.
We are members of The National Federation of Fish Friers which allows us to stay up to date with everything in our industry and connect us with the experts in our field. We are looking to gain the Quality Award on our fish so you can be assured of the high standards of our food.
